Conversion of a Walmart into a 3 Story Self Storage Facility.  The project involved removing everything but the exterior walls and slab on grade.  The building height was increased 10+ feet to accommodate a 3rd floor.

A 14,000 SF Retail building was constructed in the existing parking lot along the street to make use of the rest of the property.
